Making a return with 7swords is as simple as placing an order. You can conveniently request a return online through the "My Account" section, or you can reach out to us via email at contact@7swords.comor call/WhatsApp us at 7227015533. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand your needs better, allowing us to provide you with our best products and services.

To streamline the return process, we will coordinate a convenient time with you and direct our designated shipping partner to collect the original 7swords product. For orders totaling less than Rs1000, we kindly request you to personally ship the product through a courier service of your preference. Please share the courier receipt, including your order number, at contact@7swords.com to facilitate a swift resolution. Your cooperation is greatly valued.

Please ensure the product remains unused and in good condition. We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, kindly email us at contact@7swords.com from the email associated with your order.

REFUND

Once we've received your return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated from our end within 24 hours. Here's how it works:

Online Payment: If you made an online payment, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

Cash on Delivery: For cash-on-delivery orders, kindly provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will process your refund via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

7swords Cashback Option: Alternatively, you have the option to choose a refund in the form of '7swords Cashback.' This credit can be utilized for future purchases of other 7swords products.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only after the parcel has been dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pick-up process is completed.

EXCHANGE

After the returned product is collected from your premises, we will dispatch a fresh product from our warehouse.
